Managing Voice Quality Abnormal Information of IP PBXs

Based on alarms reported by IP PBXs, eSight filters and displays voice quality exceptions, facilitating fault location and rectification.

Prerequisites

IP PBXs are connected to eSight and can report alarms.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resource > Collaboration > Collaboration Management > Network Element Device Management from the main menu.

  2. In the navigation tree, choose Network Element Device Management > Unified Communications > Monitoring Management > Voice Quality Abnormal.
  3. Click Export.

    • By default, all exceptions displayed on the page are exported.
    • To query or export exceptions within a specific time segment, set Start Time and End Time, and click Search.

      Exceptions within the specific time segment are displayed.

      Click Export to export exceptions within the specific time segment.
