This guide describes how to use the HUAWEI RP100-65T, RP200-55T, RP100-46A, RP100-55A, RP100-65A, RP200-46A, RP200-55A, RP100-46S, RP100-55S, RP200-46S, and RP200-55S (RP-T, RP-A, RP-S, and RP for short) in terms of conference experience, device control, address book management, maintenance, and fault diagnosis:

The RP100 and RP200 differ only in the number of HD displays and in the presentation display mode.
  • The RP100 comes with one display in standard configuration. You can prepare a display by yourself to view presentations.
  • The RP200 in standard configuration has two displays: one for displaying conference video, and the other for presentations.

Intended Audience

This document is intended for but not limited to RP administrators.

An RP administrator has access to all functions on the RP web interface, touch panel, and user interface (operated using the remote control).

Unless otherwise specified, the descriptions in this document are applicable to the RP-T, RP-A, and RP-S.
