Problem Handling Process

SAP is responsible for problem demarcation. If a non-hardware problem occurs, you can directly send a trouble ticket to SAP. SAP determines which party is responsible for the problem based on the problem type.

  • If a SLES OS problem occurs, SAP will forward the problem to the SUSE.
  • If an SAP HANA problem occurs, SAP will handle the problem occurs.
  • If the problem is an evident hardware or RHEL OS problem, you can submit a trouble ticket through the Huawei 400 hotline. The Huawei R&D maintenance will handle the problem.
