  1. Run the cpupower set -b 0 command.

    cpupower set -b 0

  1. Run the vim /etc/init.d/after.local command to open the after.local file, and add cpupower set -b 0.

  1. Run the cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor command to check the CPU working mode.

    performance indicates the high performance mode.
    HW00001:~ # cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor

  2. Run the cat /proc/cpuinfo |grep MHz command to check the CPU frequency, and check that there are no overlocking and underlocking.

    cat /proc/cpuinfo |grep MHz
