Verifying the Driver Installation

You can perform the operations using the remote virtual console on the iBMC WebUI or using PuTTY. This following uses PuTTY as an example.

If the server uses ES3000 V3 NVMe PCIe SSD card, you are advised to use the ES3000 driver integrated in the OS. If the server uses ES3000 V2 NVMe PCIe SSD card, You are advised to use the ES3000 driver provided by Huawei.

  1. Log in to the server as user root.
  2. Run the fdisk -l command to check the space of NVMe SSD cards (nvme0n1 and nvme1n1).
