CESPW_OPPOSITE_RAI

Description

The CESPW_OPPOSITE_RAI is an alarm indication of the NE at the opposite end. After receiving the RAI alarm, the NE at the opposite end sets bit L in the control byte to "0" and bit M in the control byte to "10" and sends the control byte to the NE at the local end. After detecting the control byte sent from the opposite end, the NE at the local end reports the CESPW_OPPOSITE_RAI alarm.
