Parameters

Impact on the System

After package loading or package diffusion, the software of the board excluded from software download mismatches with the NE software. This may result in damage to services. Hence, handle this alarm in time.

Possible Causes

  • Cause 1: The board is offline.

  • Cause 2: The communication between the board and the SCC board is abnormal.

  • Cause 3: The flash memory space on the board is insufficient.

  • Cause 4: The board is repeatedly reset after activation because of a board software fault.

Procedure

  1. On the DC window of the U2000, view the information about the boards that are isolated during package loading or package diffusion.
  2. Check whether the isolated boards are offline. If the isolated boards are offline, get them online.
  3. Check whether any COMMUN_FAIL alarm is reported on the isolated boards. If the alarm is reported, handle the problem by referring to the alarm processing method.
  4. Check whether the flash memory space on the boards is sufficient. If the space is insufficient, clean up the boards to get sufficient space.
  5. Check whether the downloaded software matches with the isolated board version. If the software mismatches the board version, download the correct software again.
  6. If the preceding items are checked and the results are normal, select the isolated boards on the DC window, download software again, and then activate the software.
  7. After handling all isolated boards, the SWDL_BD_EXCLUDE alarm is cleared when the board isolation is released.
