The DBMS_DELETE is an alarm indicating that the database of an NE is deleted. This alarm is reported if a user deletes the database of an NE.

Impact on the System

After this alarm is generated, the NE configuration information cannot be saved within 48 hours.

Possible Causes

The possible cause of the DBMS_DELETE alarm is as follows:

A command is run by a user to delete the database of an NE, triggering the DBMS_DELETE alarm.


  1. Restore the database of the NE on the NMS and check whether the alarm is cleared.
  2. If the alarm is not cleared, reset the NE.
  3. Check whether the alarm is cleared. If the alarm persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers to handle the alarm.
