Description

The LP_SIZE_ERR alarm indicates incorrect TU specifications. This alarm is generated when the mapping structure of the TU services (lower order services) received by a board is inconsistent with that specified for the board.

  • The mapping structure of the lower order services is incorrectly configured.

Procedure

  1. View the LP_SIZE_ERR alarm on the U2000 to determine the ID of the path where the LP_SIZE_ERR alarm is generated.
  2. Re-configure the mapping structure of the lower order services transmitted over the path. Then, the LP_SIZE_ERR alarm is automatically cleared.
