Installing an OS


This section describes how to install an OS for the created VM.


You have obtained the password for logging in to FusionSphere OpenStack OM.


  1. Log in to FusionSphere OpenStack OM and choose Resources > Computing > Compute Instances.
  2. Locate the row that contains the VM created in Creating VMs, and choose More > VNC Login. The OS installation page is displayed.
  3. Select Install: all-in-one FM and press Enter.

    The automatic FusionManager installation starts, taking about 25 minutes. The installation is complete if a login prompt message is displayed.
