Creating VMs

Creating VMs


This section describes how to create VMs on FusionSphere OpenStack OM.


You have obtained the password for logging in to FusionSphere OpenStack OM.


  1. Log in to FusionSphere OpenStack OM and choose Resources > Computing > Compute Instances.
  2. Click Create, set Availability Zone to manger-az, and click Next.

  3. Select the image registered in Registering an Image, and click Next.
  4. Select the flavor added in Adding Flavors, and click Next.
  5. Add the DMZ_Service and DMZ_Tenant NICs as prompted. The configuration is as follows:

  6. Click Next and set the VM name based on the site requirements.
  7. Click Next, confirm the information, and click Complete.

    The VM is created.
