PPPoE

Data Model

The data model file matching PPPoE is huawei-pppoe-client.yang, which references the basic definition in ietf-interfaces.yang.The data model is defined by Huawei.

Table 3-149 PPPoE client data model

Object

Description

/ietf-interfaces:interfaces/interface/huawei-pppoe-client:/pppoe-client

Indicates that the request operation (creation, deletion, or modification) object is a PPPoE client. This object is only used to contain sub-objects, but does not have any data meaning.

/ietf-interfaces:interfaces/interface/huawei-pppoe-client:/pppoe-client/pppoe-config/name

Indicates the name of the dialer interface corresponding to the PPPoE client. The number contained in the dialer interface name is the dialer bundle number corresponding to the PPPoE session.

/ietf-interfaces:interfaces/interface/huawei-pppoe-client:/pppoe-client/pppoe-config/on-demand

Indicates the flag bit that specifies whether the PPPoE client dial-up mode is on-demand dial-up.

/ietf-interfaces:interfaces/interface/huawei-pppoe-client:/pppoe-client/pppoe-config/service-name

Indicates the value of the Service-Name field in packets sent by the PPPoE client in the Discovery stage.

To enable the PPPoE client to establish a connection with the PPPoE server providing specified services, specify this parameter.
