A planned downtime

Before a planned downtime (due to a planned outage, routine maintenance, or other reasons), the DR administrator needs to enable planned migration of CSHA-protected ECSs from the production center to the DR center with one click, and the DR ECSs need to be quickly started in the DR center. After the planned activity is completed, and migrate data back to the original production center at the right time.
