In a Directory of a File System, Why Cannot I Copy a File that Has the Same Size as the Directory to the Directory?
When the Windows copy program copies local files to a file system, the file block size of the CIFS client is 4 KB, whereas the default file system block size of the storage system is 16 KB. If you copy a file smaller than 16 KB, the file occupies 16 KB space, wasting space. Therefore, you are advised to adjust the file system block size to ensure the full use of storage space.
