Powering On the XH321L V5

  • The server node has been installed and the chassis is not powered on.

    Power on the chassis. The XH321L V5 is also powered on.

  • The chassis is powered on and the XH321L V5 is not installed.

    The XH321L V5 powers on automatically after it is installed.

  • The chassis is powered on, and the XH321L V5 is installed but is not operating properly.

    Hold down the power button on the node panel for 6 seconds until the XH321L V5 is powered off, and then press the power button to power it on again.

  • You want to power on the XH321L V5 over the iBMC CLI in remote management mode.

    Run the ipmcset -d powerstate -v 1 command on the iBMC CLI to power on the XH321L V5 remotely.

  • You want to power on the XH321L V5 over the iBMC WebUI.

    On the iBMC WebUI, choose Power on the menu bar, choose Power Control in the navigation tree, click Power On in the right pane, and click OK in the displayed dialog box.
