Possible Causes

Cause:

The times that the local end fails to send a Keepalive packet to the peer end through the Overflow tunnel exceeded the alarm threshold. By default, an alarm is generated if the local end fails to send a Keepalive packet to the peer end for 100 times within 15 minutes.
