Only AR3200 series supports this alarm.

Possible Causes

1. No standby main control unit is available.

2. The standby main control unit has failed.

3. The active/standby switchover function is not enabled.

4. An error has occurred during the active/standby switchover.

Procedure

  1. Run the display device command to check whether the standby main control unit is available.

    • If no standby main control unit is available, install the standby main control unit and go to step 4.

    • If the standby main control unit is available, go to step 2.

  2. Run the display current-configuration command to check whether the active/standby switchover function is enabled.

    • If the active/standby switchover function is not enabled, run the switchover enable command to enable this function and go to step 4.

    • If the active/standby switchover function is enabled, go to step 3.

  3. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
  4. End.
