Possible Causes

The temperature of the optical module exceeds the upper limit.

Procedure

  1. Run the display transceiver verbose command in user view to check temperature of the optical module.
  2. If temperature of the optical module exceeds the upper limit, improve the ventilation and heat dissipation of the device to lower the temperature.
  3. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information, and configuration of the device and contact technical support personnel.
