Procedure

  1. Run the display current-configuration [ configuration [ configuration-type [ configuration-instance ] ] | controller [ interface-type [ interface-number ] ] | interface [ interface-type [ interface-number ] ] ] [ feature feature-name [ filter filter-expression ] | filter filter-expression ] command on the master main control board to display the current configurations and then save them locally.
  2. Log in to the slave main control board. Then, run the display current-configuration [ configuration [ configuration-type [ configuration-instance ] ] | controller [ interface-type [ interface-number ] ] | interface [ interface-type [ interface-number ] ] ] [ feature feature-name [ filter filter-expression ] | filter filter-expression ] command on the slave main control board to display the current configurations and then save them locally.
  3. Check whether the locally saved configurations for the master and slave main control boards in 1 and 2 are consistent.

    • If the configurations are inconsistent, go to 4.
    • If the configurations are consistent, go to 5.

  4. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
  5. End.
