Data Storage

The device stores collected meter data. The stored data includes frozen data and event data.

  • Storage mechanism

    The device uses a cyclic storage mechanism. After the storage space is full, subsequent data overwrites the earliest data.

  • Storage capacity design

    The device supports a maximum of 1024 meters.

    The device stores event data and frozen data:

    • Event data

      Event data is classified into minor event data and major event data by the event level and classified into terminal event data and meter event data by the event source.

      A minor event has slight effect on users. A major event has more severe effect on users. The event level can be configured.

    • Frozen data

      Frozen data includes curve data, hourly frozen data, daily frozen data, and monthly frozen data.
