This alarm is generated when the sensor detects that the heartbeat between the blade and the MM910 is lost.

Impact on the System

Possible Causes

  • The blade is not properly installed.
  • The MM910 is faulty.
  • The management network port of the blade is faulty.


  1. Restart the iMana 200 of the blade. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 2.

  2. Reseat the blade and then check whether the alarm is cleared..

    • If yes, no further action is required.
    • If no, go to 3.

  3. On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Information Collection, and collect logs.
  4. Contact Huawei technical support.
