Establishing a CSS Through Service Port Connections

Carefully review software and hardware requirements, and the roles and functions of member switches before you establish a CSS using service port connections. You are advised to follow the process in Figure 3-32 to establish a CSS.

Service port clustering requires a license. Before establishing a CSS using service port connections, apply for the corresponding license. For details about how to load the license, see How Do I Install a License File for a CSS?.
