CRC Packets

Report

CRC error packets are received on an interface.

The interface receives more than 10 CRC error packets.

If the interface does not receive any CRC error packets within 12 hours, the CRC_Number attribute is restored to Normal. If the interface receives CRC error packets again within 12 hours, the system checks whether the interface receives CRC error packets within the next 12 hours since the current time.

Packets Discard

Report

Outgoing packets are dropped on an interface.

More than 10 outgoing packets are dropped on the interface because the outgoing traffic volume exceeds the buffer.

If more than 10 outgoing packets are dropped on the interface for the first time, an event is recorded, and the Discard_Number attribute is set to Abnormal. If the number of dropped outgoing packets remains unchanged within 12 hours, the Discard_Number attribute is restored to Normal. If the number of dropped outgoing packets increases within 12 hours, the system checks whether the number of dropped outgoing packets increases within the next 12 hours since the current time.

Burst Traffic

Report

There is burst traffic.

An interface uses dynamic buffer.

If there is burst traffic within multiple consecutive periods, an event is recorded only for the first time.
