If both the active and standby DACS I2C channels are abnormal, the DACS module does not work.

Possible Causes

  • Cause 2 (EntityTrapFaultID=[151297]): The standby IIC channel is abnormal.

  • Cause 3 (EntityTrapFaultID=[151298]): The active and standby IIC channels are abnormal.

Procedure

  1. Cause 1: The active IIC channel is abnormal.
    1. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
  2. Cause 2: The standby IIC channel is abnormal.
