Impact on the System

If a dual-active scenario occurs, two switches with the same IP address, MAC address, and global configurations are available on the network. As a result, data forwarding is affected.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The cable of the stack management link was removed.

Procedure

  • Cause 1: Stack cables were removed.
    1. Check whether stack cables are removed.

      • If so, go to step 2.

      • If not, go to step 3.

    2. Reconnect the stack cables.
