QOS/3/hwXQOSQueueBufferOverrunAlarm_active

Message

QOS/3/hwXQOSQueueBufferOverrunAlarm_active: The used buffer of queue is over the configured threshold(QueueID = [hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmQueueID], interface = [hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmIfName], slot = [hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmSlotStr], current used buffer cell = [hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmUsedCell], current used buffer length= [hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmUsedLength] KBytes, current threshold = [hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmThreshold] percent, current discard = [hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmDiscard]).

Description

The used buffer of queue exceeds the configured threshold.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

Indicates the ID of a queue where congestion occurs.

hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmIfName

Indicates the name of an interface where congestion occurs.

hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmSlotStr

Indicates the name of the uplink card where congestion occurs.

hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmUsedCell

Indicates the buffer usage when congestion occurs.

hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmUsedLength

Indicates the queue length when congestion occurs in the queue.

hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmThreshold

Indicates the buffer threshold.

hwXQOSQueueBufferAlarmDiscard

Indicates the number of discarded packets when a queue alarm is generated.

Possible Causes

Cause 1: The traffic rate on the uplink interface is larger than that on the outbound interface.
