GRESM/6/SEND_MSG_OVERTIME:Messages are sent more than three times, but no ACK message is received within one minute. (MsgType=[MsgType], CompType=[CompType], CompPid=[CompPid], ResendNum=[ResendNum])


No response was received from the opposite end after the message had been retransmitted more than three times in a minute.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
MsgType Indicates the type of the message.
CompType Indicates the type of the component.
CompPid Indicates the PID of the component.
ResendNum Indicates the number of message retransmissions in a minute.

Possible Causes

Cause 1:

The message queue was congested, messages were lost, or messages could not reach the component on the opposite end.

Cause 2:

Exceptions occurred on the component on the opposite end, and as a result the component could not respond to GRESM requests.


  • Reduce services in the system to make it run with a normal load; otherwise, a heavy load on the system may cause queue congestion and message loss.
  • If the log still appears even though the system operates with a normal load, collect configurations and log messages, and then contact technical support personnel.
