Description

An IP address conflict occurred.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

IpAddress

Indicates an IP address.

Local MacAddress

Indicates the local MAC address.

Local InterfaceName

Indicates the local interface name.

Local VLAN

Indicates the local VLAN ID.

Local INNER-VLAN

Indicates the local inner VLAN ID.

Received MacAddress

Indicates the destination MAC address.

Received InterfaceName

Indicates the name of the destination interface.

Received VLAN

Indicates the ID of the destination VLAN.

Received INNER-VLAN

Indicates the inner ID of the destination VLAN.

Collision Type

Indicates the IP address conflict type.

Possible Causes

The device receives a non-gratuitous ARP packet. The destination IP address of the packet is the same as that in the dynamic ARP entry on the device, but their MAC addresses are different.

Procedure

  1. Check whether there is any IP address conflict on the live network.
