Neighbor state leaves full or changed to Down.

ProcessId Indicates OSPF process ID.
NeighborRouterId Indicates neighbor router id.
NeighborIp Indicates neighbor ip address.
NeighborAreaId Indicates neighbor area id.
NeighborInterface Indicates interface name.
NeighborDownImmediate reason Indicates immediate reason for neighbor down.
NeighborDownPrimeReason Indicates primary reason for neighbor down.
