EntPhysicalIndex

Indicates the entity index.

EntPhysicalName

Indicates the entity name.

EntityType

Indicates the entity type.

EntityTrapFaultID

Indicates the error code.

Reason

Indicates the alarm reason.

Possible Causes

Cause 1 (EntityTrapFaultID=[135180]): The chip on the card fails.

Cause 2 (EntityTrapFaultID=[135176]): Phy instability.

Procedure

  • Cause 1: The chip on the card fails.
    1. Check whether services are running properly on the card. If so, go to step 4. If not, go to step 2.
    2. Check whether the card is inserted securely. If not, insert the card securely. If so, go to step 3.
    3. Replace the faulty card.
    4. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
  • Cause 2: Phy instability.
    1. If the faulty card is not reset or powered off and services are running normally, go to step 3.
    2. Power off and then power on the faulty card. If the fault persists, go to step 3.
    3. Collect traps, logs, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
