NAS failed to allocate identifier for the packet.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

Server IP

IP address of server.


Port number of the server.


VPN ID or the VRF index.

Possible Causes

The pending limit for a global server reached maximum. It could be due to the following reason:
  • Heavy traffic on the server
  • Server is DOWN


  • Run ping command to check the server status and retry to start the RADIUS server if the server is DOWN.
  • Wait for some time if the server is not free due to heavy traffic.
