A user interface failed to be unlocked.


Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
Task Index of a user channel type.
Ip User IP address. If a user logs in from a console interface, the IP address of the user is displayed as "**".

Name of a user. When a user uses password authentication or the user name cannot be obtained, the user name is displayed as "**".


Name of the VPN to which a user belongs.

FailedTimes Number of times that the user interface failed to be unlocked.

Possible Causes

After the user interface was locked using the lock command, the user entered the password. The password matching failed for three times.


  • Enter the correct password, or exit the current user interface and relogin to the device.
