Description

The interval at which the switch receives IGMP/MLD general query messages is larger than the interval at which the switch sends IGMP/MLD general query messages.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
protocol Protocol type, IGMP or MLD.
VsiName VSI name.
IfName Name of the interface using which the switch receives IGMP/MLD general query messages.
QueryReceInterval Interval at which the switch receives IGMP/MLD general query messages.
QueryInterval Interval at which the switch sends IGMP/MLD general query messages.

Possible Causes

The interval at which the switch receives IGMP/MLD general query messages is larger than the interval at which the switch sends IGMP/MLD general query messages.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the interval at which the switch receives IGMP/MLD general query messages is larger than the interval at which the switch sends IGMP/MLD general query messages.

    • If the IGMP/MLD general query message receiving interval is larger, go to Step 2.
    • If the IGMP/MLD general query message receiving interval is not larger, go to Step 3.

  2. Set a same value for the General Query message receiving and sending intervals.
  3. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
