Description

The active device exited from the active state.

Parameters

EntityType Indicates the entity type.
EntityTrapFaultID Indicates the error code: 133120.
Reason Indicates a possible cause.

Possible Causes

The master/slave switchover was performed or the active device was faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check whether active/standby switchover was performed.

    • If so, no action is required.

    • If not, go to step 2.

  2. Run the display device [ slot slot-id ] command to check whether the original active device has been registered successfully.

    • If so, go to step 4.

    • If not, go to step 3.

  3. Remove and install the original active device and check whether it has been registered successfully after startup.

    • If so, go to step 4.

    • If not, go to step 5.

  4. Check whether the original active device is faulty. Check whether the active/standby switchover can be performed.

    • If so, no action is required.

    • If not, go to step 5.

  5. Collect traps, logs, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
