Trap error code:
  • EntityTrapFaultID=144130: The software version of the master main control board was inconsistent with that of the slave main control board.
  • EntityTrapFaultID=144133: The memory of the master main control board was inconsistent with that of the slave main control board.

Possible Causes

Cause 144130: The software version of the master main control board was inconsistent with that of the slave main control board.

Cause 144133: The memory of the master main control board was inconsistent with that of the slave main control board.

Procedure

  • Cause 144130: The package versions of the master and slave boards were inconsistent.
    1. Run the startup system-software command to configure the slave board version to be consistent with the master board version. Run the reset slot command to reset the slave board. Wait for a period of time, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

      • If yes, go to Step 3.
      • If No, go to Step 2.

    2. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
    3. End.
  • Cause 144133: Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel for memory replacement to ensure the consistency.

    NOTE:

    In a stack scenario, the assign forward enp netstream enable and assign forward enp sflow enable commands need to be configured on both the master and standby switches if the two commands are required.
