Description

The last member interface of an Eth-Trunk interface in static LACP mode went Down.

Possible Causes

All the member interfaces of the Eth-Trunk interface in static LACP mode were Down.

Procedure

  1. Run the display this command in the Trunk interface view to check whether the Trunk interface is shut down.

    • Y=>2

    • N=>3

  2. Run the undo shutdown command in the Trunk interface view to check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • Y=>8

    • N=>3

  3. Run the display this command in the view of each Eth-Trunk member interface to check whether the member interface is shut down.

    • Y=>4

  4. Run the undo shutdown command in the member interface view to check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • Y=>8

  5. Check whether the cable and optical module are loosened or dropped.

  6. Connect the physical link correctly and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  7. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
