The AP reports this alarm when detecting that the signal strength of an STA is lower than the access limit threshold.

Name Meaning
OID Indicates the ID of a MIB object.
APID Indicates the AP ID.
STAMAC Indicates the MAC address of a wireless user.
APMAC Indicates the MAC address of an AP.
RadioID Indicates the radio ID.
StaSignalStrength Indicates the signal strength of an STA.
SignalStrengthThreshold Indicates the access signal strength threshold specified on an AP.

Impact on the System

This alarm affects the process for a user to go online.

Possible Causes

The access limit threshold has been configured in a radio profile, and STAs whose RSSI is lower than the threshold attempted to connect to the device.


  1. Run the display radio-profile { all | id profile-id | name profile-name } command to verify that the value of Signal strength value(dBm) in the radio profile is proper.
