Managing Bandwidths

You can change the name and size of a bandwidth. If a shared bandwidth is no longer used, you can delete it.


  1. Use a browser to log in to the ManageOne operation plane as a VDC administrator, a VDC operator, or an agent administrator.

  2. In the left part of the main menu, select a region and a project.
  3. Choose Console > Network > Elastic IP(HWS) from the main menu.
  4. In the navigation pane, choose Bandwidth(HWS).
  5. In the Operation column on the right of the bandwidth bar, manage the bandwidth.

    • Click Modify. In the displayed dialog box, modify the bandwidth information and click OK, as shown in Figure 8-4.

    • Click Delete to delete a shared bandwidth that is no longer needed.
      • You can delete only the shared bandwidth that is not used by a HUAWEI CLOUD EIP. If the shared bandwidth is used by a HUAWEI CLOUD EIP, you must release the EIP first. For details, see section Managing HUAWEI CLOUD EIPs.
      • Exclusive bandwidths cannot be deleted independently. An exclusive bandwidth is deleted when the HUAWEI CLOUD EIP is deleted.
