The operation management differences between the hybrid cloud and FusionCloud are as follows:

  • The hybrid cloud does not support the tag function. You can log in to the ManageOne operation plane as an operation administrator and choose System > Tag Management to create a tag for FusionCloud.
  • The hybrid cloud does not support user-defined roles.
  • The management portal of the HUAWEI CLOUD resource pool is different from that of the FusionCloud resource pool. For details, see Managing HUAWEI CLOUD Resource Pools.

For details about the access and basic configuration of HUAWEI CLOUD resource pool, see Interconnecting with HUAWEI CLOUD. This section describes only other operation management operations of HUAWEI CLOUD resource pool.

  • When creating a VDC or modifying a VDC quota, you can specify whether to associate with the HUAWEI CLOUD account. For details, see Dividing HUAWEI CLOUD Resources.
  • The procedure for creating a HUAWEI CLOUD product is different from that for creating a FusionCloud product. For details about how to create a HUAWEI CLOUD product, see Creating a Product.

Other operation functions of the hybrid cloud are the same as those of FusionCloud. For details, see "Operation Management" in FusionCloud 6.3.1 User Guide (Region Type I).
