Querying Operation Logs of Locking Status for FTP, FTPS, and SFTP Users on the eSight and Authenticated Users Between the Med Center and Med Node

You can query the operations logs of locking status for FTP, FTPS, and SFTP users and authenticated users between the Med Center and Med Node to quickly learn the operation information such as the locking status, unlocking status, and locking type.

On Windows, perform operations as the Administrator user. On Linux, perform operations as the ossuser user.

  • Med Node is a device access point used for device access to the NMS over different protocols. It is a data transmission channel between the devices and NMS. The Med Center is a southbound management module, which manages Med Nodes and provides service interfaces.
  • Operation logs about account locking and unlocking are recorded in the log4operation_medUserLockerMgr.log file.
  • The log may use personal information of users when providing services or maintenance. Therefore, you are obligated to take considerable measures, in compliance with the laws of the countries concerned and the user privacy policies of your company, to ensure that the personal data of users is fully protected.

  1. Log in to the eSight server.
  2. Go to the eSight installation directory/AppBase/var/iemp/operation directory.
  3. Open the log4operation_medUserLockerMgr.log file.
