Description

This alarm is generated when the maintenance tool detects that a certificate has expired in a detection period (one day). This alarm is automatically cleared when the tool detects that the certificate is in the validity period.

Impact on the System

The data channels of some services depend on certificates. If the certificates have expired, service functions will be affected.

Possible Causes

The certificate has expired.

Procedure

  1. Contact the administrator to update the certificate by following Security Maintenance > Security Certificate in eSight Maintenance Guide.
  2. Wait five minutes. In the current alarm list, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If yes, the alarm handling process is complete.
    • If no, go to Step 3.

  3. Collect the information about alarm handling, and contact the technical support personnel.

Clearing

When the fault is eliminated, the system will auto-clear the alarm. Manual clearing is not required.
