No Performance Data Is Displayed on eSight After Unexpected AC Poweroff

After an AC is added to eSight, the AC runs properly and collects performance data periodically. You can view performance data on eSight.

After the AC is powered off unexpectedly and then restarts, the performance task still exists on eSight, but no performance data is displayed.

Possible Causes

After restart of the AC after unexpected poweroff, the FTP performance collection task is deleted from the AC, and the AC does not collect performance data. As a result, you cannot view performance data on eSight.

  1. Choose Performance > Monitoring Settings from the main menu.
  2. Find the performance task related to the AC and click next to the task to stop the task.
  3. Click next to the task to start the task again. You can view performance data after one collection interval.
  4. Run the save command on the AC to save the configuration.

Suggestion and Summary

If a similar problem occurs on a switch, you can handle the problem in the same way.
