Setting eService Site Information

Setting eService Site Information

Site information is returned to the eService cloud-end management system synchronously as alarms. Huawei engineers can contact customer engineers to handle the problems based on the received site information.

Prerequisite

Site information has been obtained, including country or region, timezone, site name and device location, as well as the name, country code, mobile phone number, and email address of the customer contact person.

Procedure

  1. On the main menu bar, choose Fault > Alarm Settings.
  2. In the left navigation tree, choose Alarm Settings > eService Site Information.

  3. Set the site information in the right function pane.
  4. Click Apply. You have finished setting the site information.
