Network Troubleshooting

When faults occur on a GPON network, eSight will report the faults through alarms. You can troubleshoot the faults based on the alarm information in a timely manner. In the case when you ignore the alarm reported by eSight, but receive a fault report from the end user, you are advised to rectify the fault from the user side to the network side according to the following procedure.

Choose Fault > Current Alarms from the main menu to view the current alarms.
