Setting eSight Log Forwarding

Setting eSight Log Forwarding

In routine O&M, a large number of logs are generated. Historical logs are cleared as new logs flood in, ensuring that the eSight server has sufficient space for new logs. If historical logs are not dumped to other servers in time, these logs are discarded and cannot be restored. In this case, operation records and system running records in these logs are nowhere to be found. The eSight provides the log forwarding service, which can send logs to a third-party Syslog server (for example, Syslog-ng and Rsyslog) using Syslog packets.
