Query the validity period of the software service annual fee.

When the software service annual fee is about to expire, you need to contact the administrator to apply for a new license and import the new license into eSight promptly.


If the software annual fee has expired, eSight cannot be upgraded to the next R version, and the software subscription and services are unavailable.


You have Logged in to eSight.


  1. Choose System > System Management > License Management from the main menu.
  2. In the License Information area on the License Management page, view the value of Software Upgrade Expired On.
