Configuring IP PBXs in Batches

You can configure SIP trunks, active and standby servers, and software parameters for IP PBXs in batches.


  • The process for configuring SIP trunks is as follows:
    1. (Optional) Add an index for routing processing failures.
    2. Add office direction selection codes.
    3. Add office directions.
    4. Add number change indexes.
    5. Add prefixes.
    6. Add peer devices.
    7. Add SIP trunk groups.
  • The process for setting IP PBXs as local gateways is as follows:
    1. Set the type of active and standby servers to Localgw.
    2. Set the IP address of active server nodes.
    3. Set the IP address of standby server nodes.
  • Software parameters in this topic indicate parameters for the call forwarding on offline (CFO) service.


  1. Choose Resource > Collaboration Resource from the main menu.
  2. In the navigation tree, choose Network Element Device Management > Unified Communications > Service Configuration > IP PBX Batch Configuration.
  3. Optional: Add IP PBXs to the Devices to Configure area on the right.

    If the IP PBX you want to configure is included in the Devices to Configure area, skip this step.

    1. Click Add. The Select Resource window is displayed.
    2. Choose a subnet from the navigation tree on the left. All managed IP PBXs on this subnet are displayed on the right.
    3. Select multiple IP PBXs and click OK.

  4. Choose the parameters to be configured from the navigation tree on the left.
  5. Select IP PBXs to be configured in Devices to Configure.
  6. Configure the related parameters as prompted.


The system starts to configure the selected IP PBXs in batches.

  • If the IP PBX is configured successfully, configuration success is displayed in the configuration result column.
  • If the IP PBX fails to be configured, the failure cause is displayed in the configuration result column.
