Why Devices Are Offline After the eNodeB or eSE Certificate Is Replaced on eSight

Question

Why Devices Are Offline After the eNodeB or eSE Certificate Is Replaced on eSight?

Answer

eSight provides the certificate management function. When users replace the certificate for establishing southbound connections between eSight and devices, eSight needs to authenticate the certificate of the devices. Devices with untrusted certificates cannot be connected to eSight.

After the eNodeB or service engine certificate is replaced on eSight, if the device is displayed as offline, check whether the replaced certificate and device certificate trust each other.
