Managing CC Solution Service

This topic describes CC solution service device management functions, including CTI NE management, CTI web interface connection, alarm management, and performance management.

CC Solution Device Management Overview

This topic describes the CC solution service applications that can be managed by the eSight and the methods of accessing device web management pages.

The following topics describe the configuration items and operations for CC solution service devices or modules on the eSight. For the description of parameters involved in the configurations, see the related Product Documentation.

To access the device management page for a CC solution service device or module, perform the following operations:

  1. Choose Resource > Collaboration Resource from the main menu.
  2. In the navigation tree, choose Network Element Device Management > Unified Communications > Resource Management > Unified Communications Device.
  3. In the management object list, select a device type, and click the device name.
  4. Select functions in the navigation tree on the left.

Managing CTI Application

This topic describes how to manage CTIs in the aspect of CTI Netent Management, and device management.

CTI Netent Management

You can see the basic information and the performance KPI of CTIs in the CTI Netent Management.

Masked Alarms

Used to search for and view the masked alarm information.

NOTE:

You can set the alarm masking rules to mask the alarms.

  1. Set the search criteria of the masked alarms and click Filter. Masked alarms that meet the search criteria are displayed.
  2. Select one or more masked alarms, click Export, and select Selected alarms or All to export the alarms.

The eSight provides the alarm management function for the CMS, BIR, EDS, Datastation, and eSpace Agent Desktop.
