- Performance management: Monitors KPIs of video surveillance platforms based on performance tasks.
- Alarm management: Manages alarms of video surveillance devices.
- Portal management: Displays portlets on the eSight homepage or large screen, such as Top N IPC SD Card Fault Rate Statistics and Top N Packet Loss Rate Statistics.
- GIS map management
Users can classify cameras into groups based on the actual area on the map. In addition, users can add access devices and power devices related to the camera to the group to which the camera belongs.
After cameras are grouped, users can select a group on the map and view the total number of cameras, number of online cameras, and number of offline cameras in the group on the right of the map. If a leaf group is selected, users can also view uncleared alarms of devices in the leaf group on the right of the map.
- Fault diagnosis management
Through fault diagnosis, the administrator can restore the network topology between cameras and the video surveillance platform. Then, the administrator can diagnose camera offline and quality faults based on the network topology and provide confirmed or possible fault causes.
